Vinification and ageing
The freshly picked grapes are destemmed and crushed before undergoing fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with capacities of 75 and 100 hl. Maceration on skins lasts about 15 days. Ageing takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in tonneaux.
The wine is bottled during the summer after harvest
