Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes, our Rosato is vinified from a single vineyard located 400 metres above sea level, in fertile calcareous clay soil, which produces a wine with very crisp and drinkable characteristics

Vinification and ageing
The grapes are softly pressed and the must obtained is allowed to settle for 24-36 hours at a temperature of around 5°C. The must is then racked and alcoholic fermentation begins at a temperature not exceeding 14°C in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is completed after 30 days. The wine will continue to age on fine lees for about three months until bottling in the February following harvest.
